The kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathroom with two sinks are all very large and accomodating. It is extremely close to UF campus and also to Butler Plaza. Bus routes 9 and 35 both come by regularly every 5-10 minutes. The bedroom is currently white so you can paint it or decorate however you wish and it includes a desk, chair, dresser, bed, and closet with sliding mirror doors.
